Right out of a James Bond film set, The Proof Flat is a residential apartment located on the second floor of a 1940s Singapore shop house. It's home to the fictional EC Proof who is well-travelled, well-read and embodies the brand behind this retail experience. "We imagined the apartment as the place where EC's friends would visit him to hang out and relax with bartenders and distillers, sampling some of the world's best artisanal spirits," said Proof & Co Spirits founder Spencer Forhart.

Proof & Co are the consultants behind some of Singapore's most well-known bars. Their little retail space offers everything you need to have a world-class bar at home. Instead of displaying the retail elements in the obvious places, you'll discover the "spirit vault" behind a concealed sliding door through the hidden library.

A neutral palette of whites, marble and timber floors meets glossy cabinetry and panelling of signal blue with burgundy contrasts. The space features a vintage leather sofa on a Persian-style rug. Portraits of fictionalised characters are on surrounding walls, almost as if they're known by the elusive (and imagined) EC Proof.
