Yantra Fine Dining Indian Restaurant

Yantra features unique dining rooms and culinary experiences, inspired by India's vibrant landscapes and design. The Grand Trunk Road connects central Asia to the Indian subcontinent. It's rich culinary history and cultural references provide the themes used throughout this restaurant project.

The success of this renovation lies in the reorientation of the spaces to the central rooms, making them the heart of the space. Much like the journey through the Grand Trunk Road, the journey through the restaurant spaces takes us through a fort, then into a larger public audience chamber. Smaller rooms are the more intimate family zones. New spaces such as the hidden bar have been carved out of previous redundant spaces.

Along with the complete reimagining of the interior spaces when the restaurant re-opened in mid-2022, the menu also underwent a significant transformation. The repertoire includes Indian recipes cooked and served in the original way, according to culinary historian Pritha Sen who curated the menu.
