The Hour Glass family suites are the private headquarters for the group, a renowned boutique multi-brand luxury watch retailer operating throughout the Asia Pacific.

The family suites provided an opportunity to showcase the family’s collections of objects, furniture and artwork together. MSDO added some modern pieces such as the Tulip table by Saarinen alongside traditional Chinese furniture pieces. Contemporary and traditional Chinese and European art have been curated together in each of these private office areas.

The palette is rich in colour and texture. Walls are finished in brushed green velvet fabric and dark timber panels. Display niches are lined with embossed orange leather or brushed velvet. Ceilings are finished in polished plaster. Dark timbers are used throughout walls and floors, with feature rug insets in the boardroom. Richly patterned marble stone is on the floor at the main entry lobby. Each piece of sculpture and art is displayed with art gallery lighting.
